Party Bus Rental Agreement

Are you interested in renting Eau Claire's premier party bus? Simply send us a request, and we'll check your date and get back to you.

Rules

The following are rules on the bus and if broken could result in a loss of deposit.

  • No smoking
  • No illegal drugs
  • No underage drinking
  • No standing on seats
  • In order to prevent excessively large spills, kegs and barrels of beer, or water coolersfilled with liquids are prohibited
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.
  • If you do spill, please clean it up right away.
  • No guns and knives
  • While the bus is in motion, passengers must sit or stand behind the driver's privacy curtain
  • If you wish to bring food you may. Please, no foods that will leave permanent odors such as fish. Jello Shots are allowed but please clean up the mess
  • No sitting on the bar or back of seats
  • No glitter and confetti
  • Please use the party pole in a safe manner by keeping feet on the floor
  • Standing while bus is in motion could result in passenger injury. Getaway Bus Service is not responsible for any injuries due to a passenger who stands while the bus is in motion.
Deposit & Payment & Gratuity

A refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold your date and serve as a security deposit for any damages.

Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up. The full payment can be made in cash at the time of pickup, or credit card if paid at least one week prior to your rental date. If paid by credit card, a 3.5% credit card vendor fee will be added to the cost.

All prices include sales tax. A 20% voluntary driver gratuity will be added to the cost of your rental.

Damage Policy & Fees

The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. The following will result in automatic loss of your deposit:

  • Cracked or Broken Windows
  • Smoking Burns
  • Damage to Seats
  • Damage to Lights, TV, or Stereo Equipment
  • Excessively Spilled Fluids
  • Any Bio-hazardous Fluid Left Behind

Should damage exceed the deposit fee, the customer will be held responsible for the balance.

Cancellation

A cancellation notice is required at least 90 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

By signing this agreement I accept responsibility for all actions of the people on the bus and understand that Getaway Bus Service shall not be held responsible for any actions by passengers leading to personal injury.
